I love lipsticks and I am a fan of Maybelline when it comes to lipsticks. It has launched a new range of lipsticks called Maybelline New York Superstay Ink Crayon. I was super excited and decided to purchase lipstick and give them a try. I picked a shade from the entire range - Keep it fun. Are Maybelline Superstay Ink Crayons worth it? How To Use

Step 1: Open the cap and start applying this long-wear lipstick from the center of your upper lip.

Step 2: Follow the contours of your mouth with the precise tip.

Step 3: Use the wider side of the crayon to fill in lips and glide the product across the entire bottom lip.

Packaging of Maybelline Super Stay Ink Crayon Lipstick

Maybelline SuperStay Lip Crayon comes in a color-coded retractable crayon packaging with a small sharpener attached for sharpening the great tip. I love the retractable pencil container as it allows me to draw the precise line and also use it as a lip liner. The shade name is mentioned on a sticker at the cap. Overall packaging is really nice.

My Experience on Maybelline Super Stay Ink Crayon Lipstick Matte Longwear

Maybelline is killing it with their product recently. I wanted an everyday lipstick that is not too creamy or too matte because my lips are dry and I think this lip crayon fits the bill. Maybelline Superstay Ink Crayon applies so nicely on lips and looks creamy texture but just after 3 to 4 minutes, it turns into a beautiful matte. Once it is set, it doesn't transfer on cups and anything. It's a complete matte lipstick but doesn't look dry, patchy or flaky on lips. It also doesn't suck out all the moisture of the lips as a liquid lipstick would. It stays when we drink and have light meals but it will not survive oily meal and reapplication is a must then.  It is easy to remove and reapply so this is something I really want. It stays up to 8 hours with slight fading. I don't believe any lipstick can last 12 hours. The scent of this Maybelline lip crayon is nice too.

This feels very light on lips and it almost doesn't feel like you're wearing lipstick. Light shades do not leave any stain behind while fading as darker shades of lip crayon leave a nice stain.

After applying, the shade gives a beautiful soft pink color.
