This food has everything that you need - 6.1 g carbs, 166 calories, 6.7 g protein, 2.3 g fiber, 14.1 g fat. I follow Sadhguru. Sometimes I eat groundnuts alone or sometimes as a groundnut-banana shake or as a groundnut-banana porridge. You can consume this healthy food in various ways. I will share one by one.

How To Eat Grountnuts Alone To Stop Hair Fall?

  • Soak one handful groundnuts overnight for 6 to 8 hours. 
  • Chew it properly next morning.

*If you soak it overnight for over 6 to 8 hours, it takes away certain aspects which are called as pitta. The Ayurveda is based on this Ushna, Sheeta, Pitta. It takes away the Pitta. Taking this soaked groundnuts or peanuts, chewing it well and eating. It will help you to control hairfall, improve texture of you hair and also the overall health of your hair. Just make sure you are eating organic groundnuts.

  • Take a handful of groundnut/peanut.
  • Soak it in water for 6 to 8 hours.

  • Put soaked groundnuts in the mixer.
  • Add banana  and some honey into it.
  • Blend it well and make a smooth paste

*You have an excellent breakfast ready. It take 2 minutes to do it . If you want it watery you put more water and have it.

How to make Groundnut Banana Shake?

  • Take a handful of soaked groundnuts.
  • Put it in the mixer.
  • If you add some fruit, add whatever you like but I add banana, it goes well

  • Add coconut milk
  • Add some honey into it

  • Dilute with water if a thinner consistency is desired
  • Blend it until smooth.
