It's a Indian brand so I thought to use Patanjali shampoo but there are many option available in Patanjali shampoo. At first I was confused which one to select but soon I decided and picked up the Patanjali Kesh Kanti Reetha Shampoo.  

It is a herbal shampoo with the goodness of Reetha. It prevents hair problems like hairfall, dryness and dandruff. It also contains Aloe vera which has amazing hair benefits in itself. This ayurvedic shampoo doesn't have any harsh effects on hair.

Ingredients

Bhrigraj myrtle (mahendi), acadia concinna (shikakai) and emblic myrobalan (aola), give new strength to the hairs. Soap nut (ritha), margosa (neem), Indian valerian (tagar), esculent fiacurtia (bakuchi) and turmeric, fights with the insecticides and are effective disinfectants, particularly in the root of hairs. Aloe vera, `aola` and `kesh kanti` stops hair loss and hair turning grey and keeps up shinning. 

Packaging

Patanjali Kesh Kanti Reetha Shampoo comes in a sturdy, white opaque plastic bottle. It has a flip top cap in black plastic, it helps in easy disbursal of product. The lid is quite tight and can be easily carried around during traveling without any fear of leakage or spillage of the product. The packaging is fairly simple yet looks nice. The shampoo is dark black in color with hardly noticeable white minute particles. The scent of the shampoo is mild and pleasant and won’t bother sensitive noses.

Direction

Apply 2-5 ml Herbal Shampoo on wet hair and massage gently for 1 to 2 minute and rinse with water. Though I do not wait, I just lather it well & wash off.

My Review On Patanjali Kesh Kanti Reetha Hair Cleanser

I have been using Patanjali Reetha Shampoo since long time. I used Mamaearth Onion Shampoo (detailed review here) for some time but I was turned back on Patanjali Kesh Kanti Reetha Shampoo. I must say I am absolutely in love with this herbal shampoo. My hair have never felt or looked better-it is more manageable, soft and it looks healthy and bouncy. My hair become oily after wash in 2-3 days so I have to wash my hair within 3 days. I wash my hair with this ayurvedic shampoo frequently without any fear as they are completely natural with no side effects.

After using this shampoo, you would feel your hair healthy, straight, shiny and soft. Patanjali shampoo is very much natural and keeps my hair shiny and smooth naturally for a long time. I have been using only this on my hair – no conditions or post wash serums. I just don’t feel the need.

The texture of the shampoo is soft and smooth with good consistency. It is neither very thick nor very thin. I always make sure to dilute my shampoo with water to reduce the damage the chemicals may cause to the hair. The shampoo is easily applied and gets spread to my hair. It creates good lather and the scent does not tend to intensify. It is easily rinsed off.  

I applied Patanjali Divya Kesh Taila overnight & I tried this, surprisingly it completely cleaned by mane without leaving my hair oily. Honestly I don’t require to use this every day because my hair doesn’t feel for 2 days that dirty or oil to wash daily, also I don’t think this shampoo would be harmful even if used daily. I use it whenever I feel like or my hair starts to feel greasy – which is like twice in a week.

It also controls my hairfall by 90%. But I found good result when I used this reetha shampoo with Patanjali Kesh Taila. With regular use of this shampoo, adds volume and shine to hair.
