Shade

This foundation has a wide range of shade selections. I got the shade “Natural Beige” which is described as light-medium with neutral undertones and it is the perfect match for me.

Packaging

Moving on to its packaging, the Foundation comes in a frosted glass bottle with a black cap on it. It has a pump that is so easy to use and you can actually control how much product comes out depending on the pressure you apply on the pump. The packaging looks very pretty.

Texture

This detectable foundation is of medium consistency. It is not runny and quite a thick consistency but blends easily.

My Experience with Too Faced Born This Way Foundation is impressive. I think this is the best that I have tried in recent times. After researching many options and watching multiple videos I decided to buy this over my old n trusted MAC Studio Fix Foundation. I have also been using many lower-end foundations like the Kay Beauty Hydrating Foundation and Maybelline Superstay Full Coverage Foundation. 

This foundation has ingredients - coconut water and hyaluronic acid both of these are really good to retain moisture in the skin. 

It is light weight that comfortably sits on the skin. With one layer to achieve even coverage and covers all my skin imperfections which are a little bit of redness, uneven skin tone, and few acne scars. With another layer, it gives full coverage. It keeps my skin hydrated but not greasy. It blends beautifully and creating an even base. My skin also looks fresh and supple after applying this. It gives a natural-looking, soft glow. It doesn't cakey at all and gives a dewy finish. Even I feel that I am not wearing makeup.

This foundation stays 5-6 hours after my T-zone area became oiler and needed a touch of powder. The powder increases the staying power of this foundation.
